Conducted by a Nissan mechanic, the Nissan must pass a 167-point vehicle inspection before earning certification. The inspection will cover all major components of the Nissan, including powertrain, interior, cosmetics, and more. If the Nissan does not pass, the vehicle is eliminated from certification consideration.

Warranty Coverage

Every Nissan that gets certified will come with a limited warranty plan. With your Certified Pre-Owned Nissan, enjoy coverage up to 7 years from the original in-service date or until the odometer reaches 100,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Extended Protection Plan

While the limited warranty included with your Certified Pre-Owned Nissan is helpful for getting you out of a pinch, you may want some extra piece of mind. An optional extended protection plan, known as Nissan’s Security+Plus® Extended Protection Plan, will cover more than 1,500 components in addition to the 600 components covered by the limited warranty. Choose between a 7-year/100,000-mile plan or an 8-year/120,000-mile plan.
